The goal of the Resources Directory for Greater Newburyport is to make it easy for people living in Newburyport, Newbury, Byfield, West Newbury, Rowley, Salisbury and Amesbury to find services they need.

The Directory includes contact information and brief service descriptions of organizations that provide:
• Behavioral health services
• Clothing and household goods
• Crisis support
• Employment counseling and job training
• Financial counseling
• Food programs
• Fuel assistance
• Housing and emergency shelter
• Legal assistance
• Physical health services
• Transportation
To find services, go to the site and check the boxes in the right hand column that describe who needs services (e.g., age, disability or veteran status), where he/she lives, and what services are needed.

The organizations that provide the specified services will appear in the left hand column along with short descriptions and contact information. By clicking on the organization’s name you can view a more detailed listing of services and contact methods. At the bottom of the detailed listing there are buttons to print or email the listing.

The Directory is updated by volunteers in the community. We strive to maintain the accuracy of the information presented. However, users are advised to contact the provider or visit their website to verify and obtain additional information pertaining to services listed in the Directory.

We welcome suggestions from users and agencies. Please email your request to
